By purchasing, you acknowledge that CrewPlaybook is a document assembly service, not a law firm. The documents you receive are assembled from selections you make during intake. CrewPlaybook does not recommend clauses, does not review documents for legal sufficiency, and does not advise on the selection, use, or legal effect of any document. AI is used to assemble the documents and may produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing every document, and for having any legal document reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state, before signing or relying on it.
Intake legal-section disclaimer

Before legal section
The next section captures information we use to assemble your operating agreement and buy/sell agreement. We do not recommend clauses for you. You will select the terms you want, and we will assemble the document based on your selections. Our system uses artificial intelligence to populate templates with the values you provide. AI may produce errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing the assembled documents for accuracy before signing. If you are unsure which option is right for your situation, consult an attorney licensed in your state before completing this section.

AI assembly notice
Our document assembly uses artificial intelligence. AI may produce errors, omissions, or content inconsistent with your jurisdiction's law. Review every document for accuracy before signing or relying on it.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assemble documents from your selections during intake. The AI populates predefined templates with the values you provide and the clauses you select. The AI does not exercise legal judgment, does not recommend clauses, and does not customize legal language to your specific situation.
AI systems can produce outputs that contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, formatting issues, or content inconsistent with your jurisdiction's law. CrewPlaybook does not guarantee that any output is correct, complete, current, or suitable for any specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing every document for accuracy, completeness, and fitness for your purpose before signing, filing, funding, or otherwise relying on it.
CrewPlaybook does not use your inputs or outputs to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve AI models, and does not authorize any third-party AI provider to do so, except as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Precedent and Nebraska law
CrewPlaybook follows the legal framework established for interactive document assembly services in Medlock v. LegalZoom (South Carolina Supreme Court, 2014) and related cases. Document assembly directed by the customer's own selections, with clear disclaimers and no clause recommendation by the service, is not the unauthorized practice of law.
Under Nebraska Supreme Court Rule § 3-1004, nonlawyers may sell legal forms in any format so long as they do not advise or counsel another regarding the selection, use, or legal effect of the forms. CrewPlaybook's service is structured to fit within this exception: we do not advise on the selection, use, or legal effect of any document.
The use of AI in the assembly process does not change this analysis. The user still directs the assembly through their intake selections. The AI populates templates from attorney-reviewed clause libraries. The Service does not exercise legal judgment. Disclaimers apply throughout.
